I have retired twice. The first time in 1998, the second in 2004. In the years since my first retirement I have traveled extensively, almost always to go cycling, hiking or skiing in one part of the world or other. I have, at times, shared my observations and some photographs online. Some of my travels have been to China. Pictured here are two bike trip.
In this blog I will share some of my experiences while I travel. Recent past trips remain on the blog, and I will attempt to make navigation to them obvious. Older trips are not on the site, but I will be adding some material on them as I get around to it.
Hi –
I’m hoping to do the KKH in May this year and I could do with speaking with someone who did it late last year about road closures, what bits can be ridden etc…
Would you be able to help? Drop me an email if you can.
Cheers,
Matt

I will travel to Asia within the next year or so…… Very helpful. I love to bike and hike. I am just recovering from a long period of physical setback. See you on the road as Bob says. Take care of yourself. All the best.
Gary
Thanks Gary. Good luck
